The so called "leads" they provide are nothing more than a SEO campaign. This is something you can do on your own for less $ - then they give you a fancy CRM. When users sign up on the web site they provide info, email address, name and phone number. Most of the time (around 89%) you don't get a phone number, and in many cases the email doesn't work. Yet, ML still calls this a "lead" so $$$$ each month for a name with a bad phone number and maybe an email that works. We I contacted Usam Hayat Khan (who is horrible at training or business) I get push back and no resolution. The leads are garbage 75% do not have numbers. ones that do have none working numbers no verification of info. one lead name is FU Wacker not making that up. they tell you that you can send bad leads to support but if you send 8 out of 10 leads back how much time are you spending doing that?? total waste of my time and efforts. do not listen to their sales pitch. Back when it was Sharper Agent they had marketing materials that I used a lot. The biggest change was deleting the We've Moved marketing pieces.
