As a B2B financial services company, managing client data effectively is utmost important to us and a good data management tool was essential to us and thus we have tied up with Maple CRM. Maple CRM truly deserves praise for its reporting and analytics building capability. What do you like best about Maple CRM?

It was difficult to manage all the leads we are getting from different sources, Maple CRM has helped us to divide the leads into different categories so that we can prioritize the leads accordingly.

Maple CRM has made the process of generating and sharing the quotation with the client a lot easier.

I would say the most interesting feature provided by maple crm is the daily work report of all sales executives, this helped us to track the employee performance.

How do you rate the support from Maple CRM Team?

The support team has helped us a lot in onboarding process, and are very quick to resolve any issues also.
