One of the standout features is the customization flexibility – we were able to tailor the CRM according to our workflow requirements. The integration options and automation tools save a lot of manual effort and improve overall productivity.

What do you like best about Maple CRM?

I have been using Maple CRM for about a year, and it has been a great experience. The software is very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and helps manage leads and customer data efficiently. The support team is always responsive and provides excellent assistance whenever needed. Getting good support is often difficult with other software, but with Maple CRM, I’m very happy and satisfied. What do you like best about Maple CRM?

I have plenty to say good things about Maple CRM as I was using it the most (daily and almost every hour) as an administrator some of them could be -

1) Has almost all of the Objects/modules that can be used and easy to reach. They have been working on UI which hopefully will be rolled out soon.

2) There are learning videos that require extensive time and support. Although it can be made better.

3) The Support is fabulous. I would highlight the team and especially CSM Swetha working with us to listen and suggest if there could be something better that can be done.

4) Implementation is quite flexible. It is easy but might expect time.

5) Only platform where there could be Client Facing Accounts and Interaction.

6) Although limited integrations whichever is provided don't create a challenge mostly.

7) Can store the documents as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maple CRM?

There are certain modules/Objects that they focus less for instance it's Leads. Making less effort on the Marketing Integrations OR functions that might help the Marketing department more.

What do you like best about Maple CRM?

It was difficult to manage all the leads we are getting from different sources, Maple CRM has helped us to divide the leads into different categories so that we can prioritize the leads accordingly.

Maple CRM has made the process of generating and sharing the quotation with the client a lot easier.

I would say the most interesting feature provided by maple crm is the daily work report of all sales executives, this helped us to track the employee performance.

The support team has helped us a lot in onboarding process, and are very quick to resolve any issues also.
