Mapiq has excellent implementation and customer support, they are really interested in their clients getting the best experience out of the system, no matter the size of the client.
The software itself is easy to navigate and intuitive, works smoothly and, perhaps most importantly, is quick to use. From login to booking - the amount of avoidable clicks a user has to make has been minimized, something that is really appreciated on the end-user side, not all developers put enough emphasis on it. The straight-forwardness of the software also means that there are some functions that would be nice to have but are currently not in development (ability to book desks for less than a whole day, desks that are booked by default and can then be unbooked in case the user is OoO, etc.). However, Mapiq does keep an open mind a listens to their users' feedback, any functionality that is in high(er) demand is taken into development. They proactively look for ways to keep further improving the user experience and added value that they provide and offer alternative solutions and advice regarding any functionality that is not available yet. Mapiq is a tool that is easy to use for the end user and for the owner of the tool.

There is not really a downside of Mapiq. But if i have to name one thing is that the tool is now made for one site with the same settings. And would love to see an enviroment that is focused for usages for multiple sites with different needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Building>Floor>Area Configuration:
1. When you make a mistake, No Undo
2. Desk does not snap into place, it is troublesome to do vertical and horizontal alignment.
3. Changing the work area mean re-doing all the table associated with that area, not friendly.
4. Name of the Building, Floor, and Area is limited to 24 or 30 Characters
User management:
1. Cannot generate all users, report generation is based only on location and quota.
2. There are instances when the Admin cannot delete a user, the application will tell you that the user is deleted but after the refresh, the user is still there.
3. The dropdown of work location and work quota under people does not resize to see all entries.
4. User cleanup is a challenge, although the alternative is available, Mapiq does not sync with ADD when the user is offboarded
5. When doing batch changes under the people module. need to refresh the window every after change otherwise, it messes up your users
6. The help guides needs to be improved
