I have used Manhattan for a handful of customers (Ahold-Delhaize, Blue Buffalo, T. Marzetti, and GNC). They are by far one of the easiest integrated TMS systems. We have recently moved to EDI and the flow of information has been seamless and happens in real time. For certain customers it can be relatively slow, not sure if this is a broadband issue or software issue. Additionally, it would be nice if we could search by load number rather than having to search each page individually.
