What do you like best about Managed IT Services?

I liked the business plan that they were using, the features are great, the ease of integration was fantastic as they did all the heavy lifting, and the implementation was smooth. The fact that we were able to get this moving prior to my leaving the company was fantastic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
