What I appreciate about Mailtrack is its ability to provide valuable insights on email engagement. It allows me to track the status of my emails, such as whether they have been opened or clicked. One aspect that I find disappointing is that the pro version of Mailtrack does not include the mail merge feature. Previously, I was able to utilize mail merge within the pro version, but unfortunately, it is no longer available. To access the mail merge functionality, an upgrade to the Advanced plan is required.
