What do you like best about Mailparser?

The best thing about mailparser is that you can collect names, address, phone numbers etc. from all the mails that you receive for your products to capture leads. It also helps in other ways where you can make different rules for different type of mails to get captured differently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailparser?

The limit that I felt was to parse information for html format mail templates, it results inaccurate parsing sometimes. One other thing that I felt was the security issue for private data. How can I be sure that it is secured for some important private business data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailparser?

Parsing system is very flexible and "smart" making the less false positives posible. Princing is reasonable and it gets new interesting features, as parsing content in attached docs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailparser?

UX is a bit dated. Among that, it does the job great. There are alternatives, but Mailparser is both for agencies and developers, as it can be used by people with different skills and everybody wlll take profit for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailparser?

It's a really powerful tool to automatically parse data in emails. We receive hundreds of emails every month from vendors and partners with the same format, so mailparser excels at automating the extraction of relevant data, a real-time and error saver. I particularly appreciate that it can extract content within zip files, PDF attachments and tables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailparser?

I can't think of anything, even their support was 5 stars when I had no idea how to create rules for a complex scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailparser?

The ability to parse email bodies, subjects, and attachments is outstanding. There are really unlimited use cases for this product. I have several mailboxes configured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailparser?

The learning curve is a little steap, but not too bad. Once you get your first set of parsing rules and integration set up, the subsequent integrations are very easy. The use cases just pop up everywhere and you have the tools to implement them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailparser?

Simple to set up, and real easy to edit existing flows with updates in your formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailparser?

Having the capability to replace text is nice, but a more intricate way of having lookup replace values in a block would be convenient. The creation of rules can get excessive and would be easier to reconcile in a different format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailparser?

The support team is very quick and helpful if you have any questions. I wasn't sure at first how to pull some data from different pages in an Excel Attachment. I submitted a ticket and they provided easy instructions in a timely manner. I have worked with other support teams before when and the response time takes much longer and the end result is less than desirable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailparser?

There is a slight learning curve to get started. When you first get started it can be confusing because there is so much that you can do with mail parser. Just focus on one thing at a time and you will get it. It took me a minute also just to make sure I was forwarding everything correctly from Gmail but not everything works flawlessly. I have been very impressed with this program. Excellent investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailparser?

With the right third party integrations, Mailparser simplifies the data transfer from forms and other data points in our marketing so that it can be used universally and clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailparser?

The data is not stored for long periods of time, so if there is data destruction on one end or an accident, then Mailparser can't be relied on as a backup. I do understand why, but in an emergency, don't look to Mailparser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
