The best feature that tilted me towards it is its ability to provide rich, interactive elements that you typically have in websites, in the email itself.
We had used Hubspot before but this was a clear differentiator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing specifically to dislike. Just that it is a relatively new tool so third party integrations are not as extensive but they are covering that gap fast too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Firstly, Mailmodo allows you to create any kind of journeys/emails you're looking for, allowing you to connect with your audience in a way that makes sense.
Their support team –particularly Kunal, thanks so much for everything!– is second-to-none, which is excellent given that there are so many features to learn about. I really would recommend anyone looking for an email product to give Mailmodo a try; it's cheap, user-friendly, great team, nice UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much to dislike. Sometimes the product behaves slightly different from what you'd expect (but this has not caused any issues). I'm a big fan and will continue using Mailmodo going forward in my job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our team has been using mailmodo now more than a year. We switched from sengrid due to high pricing. Mailmodo is very cost-efficient and has most features compared to any popular transactional email services like - SES, SendGrid etc.
We use mailmodo primarily for the following purposes -
* We create and manage email campaigns, including drag-and-drop email builders, automated workflows, and A/B testing.
* It has an easy user interface
* We really like the number of email credits they give, it is more than any provider we used so far.
* It also has multiple integrations with third-party tools, making it easier for sales and marketing teams to integrate data from other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user experience when deleting campaigns and minor pricing and payment glitches. I am sure all these will be improved and fixed over some time. No doubt about that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mailmodo as a platform is self explanatory for any teams to use. Once the domain was setup on the platform, we were able to roll out AMP emails and see gradually increase in engagement in our emails. Despite being a lean startup, their customer service desk is ready to help us with the campaign reports and platform queires without hesitation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dont have much to dislike, initially we were missing few integrations, which were sorted later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the best features of Mailmodo is its drag-and-drop email builder, which makes it easy for users to design visually appealing emails without any coding skills. We don't use some additional AMP functions like forms, surveys, quizzes, and countdown timers but are willing to extend the product to match the cases.
I like the fact that Mailmodo integrates with popular email services providers like Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, and Sendinblue, making it easy to use with your existing email marketing tools. The compatibility with Hubspot makes working with segments and actions designed in Hubspot easier.
Mailmodo also provides detailed analytics to track the performance of your email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics. This allows users to measure the effectiveness of their campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve their results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if Mailmodo offered a direct integration with Data Warehousing (DWH) platforms, enabling users to create their emails using data from their warehouse. With such integration, users would have access to the most current and relevant data to craft their emails, resulting in more personalized and targeted messages.
By directly connecting to a DWH, I don't have to bother with wiring API calls and do additional data engineering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i love how they are able to create a wow factor to anyone opening the email by letting them use the AMP interactive elements. Their team (especially Rahul, Dharmesh and Surya) are extremely helpful not just in resolving bugs but also in implementation (connecting with platform's backend), fixing templates and more. Given their competitive market pricing, it's a no brainer tool to invest in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few features could be improved - whether it be providing version history for templates, autosave, and more. Also send time optimization would be amazing to have! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Implementation is a breeze. The team is super supportive in the setup process to get you up and running. AMP emails are very interactive and add immense value to the business if used well. This is true for B2B as well as for B2C companies. Their base templates are helpful and make the email-building process easy. Kudos to the CSM team for handholding us throughout the campaign setup. This is a fast-growing product, so I expect many features to be shipped soon. It's be good to have geo based sending option as a part of the tool, but I'm told this will be out in the next few months. Reporting can be improved. Nothing against Mailmodo (this is a core tech issue, nothing that the platform can do), but you want to get a sense check of the email domain your audience has, since AMP emails don't go to Outlook & Apple inboxes. They have an HTML fallback option, but that adds an additional click to the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mailmodo has a easy to use interface to send interactive and attractive email content to do prospect reach out. The support team is helpful in guiding us on any queries that we come across. The AMP email format has been engaging especially for android users who tend to interact more with such emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
