Mailivery is a game-changer for email deliverability. The platform consistently does what we need, ensuring our emails land in the Primary Inbox rather than SPAM or Promotions. But what truly stands out is the incredible team behind it. Their support and expertise make all the difference. Mailivery's email warm-up tool leverages AI and real conversations to enhance sender reputation and beat SPAM algorithms. It's a must-have for anyone serious about maximizing email deliverability and ensuring their cold emails reach the right audience. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were a few more metrics, or even a tagging functionality. Otherwise,. can't complain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's super easy to connect my email accounts and the stats that are shown are super useful. The automated reading and sorting feature has made my life so much easier and really separates Mailivery from other products. Overall it's way better than any other warming software I have used. It's a great piece of software that does exactly what it says. So far there really isn't anything I dislike about it. I guess if I had to pick something I would like an onboarding video as I had to explore a bit before knowing where everything was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simplicity of use and the way to set up everything, just add your SMTP and IMAP or use Google login that makes it even faster. It's better than their competitors and they are really focused on the warmup more than any other company! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, it's awesome.
I may suggest adding a feature where you can upload your own list of email models to send and use and maybe create an AI using those list of models to make it a better approach for each niche. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mailivery is a pretty amazing email warmer tool. It is the only email warmer that I have ever been able to use without having to pay for it to be customized for my company. It does a great job of warming up my emails and getting them delivered to inboxes more often. The UI is very simple to navigate and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Email warming seems limited to Gmail and not many other popular services. I also noticed that it appears when my email is added to be warmed, it is also used to warm others' email accounts, which I wasn't aware is how it works. There's some bugginess to it and I've tried to contact support about it over the last few weeks, with no response. But it could be because of the holiday season. There is nothing to like about this product. It simply does not do what it claims to do. I bought the lifetime deal, and set it up and it wasn't working. Support said they were working on a fix, but did not follow up. When I reached out again for an update after a week, they said "I don't know what your problem is." Real great way to talk to a paying customer. Also, once the platform started working again and sending emails, it stopped again a few days later. There are much better tools out there that do this and don't talk down to their paying customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything. The product doesn't work consistently. And their customer service rep is very rude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We always try to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to our sales and marketing efforts, and one of the most underused methods is email marketing. However, before you can start sending to the masses, you need to warm up your email first. I love that it helps to build domain authority quickly. We got their outreach for the serious email marketer, which we consider ourselves to be. Their dashboards are spot on (most of the time), when guessing if your emails are reaching people's inboxes. Even mailshake.com came out with their new tool to warm up inboxes, but I still wouldn't switch over. Generally, you want to stick with a company that specializes in just one thing. So 5 stars for them! Especially since thier customer service communication has improved 10x. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't say dislike, but improvements that need to happen. This is normal, though, when improving upon software. I wish they would have notified me somehow that I had 2 SPF records installed on our DNS and would reflect that it was going to SPAM. But this might be way too much wishful thinking on my part since that's not on them. Also, rolling out a best practices document would be nice, but I am sure they are working on this too! I have tried at least 5 different email warming solutions and can confidently say "this is the best one". Their pricing is a little higher, but you get the best results by having to literally spend 2 minutes setting it up and just leaving it from there.
The three best things:
- They use unique and real email text, not just random lorem ipsum text like others
- They have a proprietary technology that moves the emails automatically. Contrary to other providers, you do not have to set filters
- They do not reveal themselves in the subject lines. All other vendors have their names in the subject line which means spam filters can easily find out you are using a warmup service. This can even harm your reputation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much, honestly. Maybe they could educate users more on what is right and wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to set up, connects to all our email accounts without a problem. Holds up what it promises: Emails get through more efficiently.
Apart from the excellent onboarding: All around lost attention to detail I have ever seen in any email warming tool. We have tried a few and they are by far the most sophisticated ones out there. Everything works flawlessly so far and we can see the results. Looking forward to scaling up the sales team and their emails with this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far nothing to dislike. Customer service helped quickly with any open questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stop looking for alternatives. mailivery is the best option out there. You just connect, it works and even moves the email automatically, so you do not have to do anything. Also awesome about them is that they have a feature that checks if all other things are set up correctly (dkim, spf, blacklists, etc.).
Their support is amazing. When we had a special requirement, they implemented just within a few days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Custom smpt is a little more difficult to set up (but gmail is easy) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setup is super easy and Mailivery provides you all information to keep your domain reputation safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was tbh a straightforward process.
The only thing I would love to see is an automatic increase in mail volume, but else it's good for me so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
