It is easy to use and set-up. Pretty self explanatory.. And if you can't quite figure something out there are plenty of tutorials to be found on-line. What is really nice is all emails from your companies domain can come to one mailbox. Sounds a bit creepy but if you have a customer service center it's wicked nice to see all the emails that come in, especially when people are out sick or on vaca. It's a bit "Big Brotherly". If someone in your organization wants to keep tabs on all email coming in it gets creepy. It is kind-of easy to become a spammer/phisher with this service and if you use the free service they make it really clear that it is a public, free NO PRIVACY service.
