We love the ability to export a list and get the results we need in order to update our distribution list and receive less mail that is returned due to insufficient addresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Time it takes to process seems to be inconsistent so we process a little earlier than needed to ensure results are returned on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mailers+4 is a straightforward desktop program that can be used with a minimum of configuration. Many competitors require quite a bit of fidgeting around with configs and complicated mapping files and whatnot. Mailers+4 pretty much allows you to just open a file and get started validating. The price point is very reasonable. It's pretty easy to train others how to use it as the concepts are straightforward. It includes features like name parsing that are very handy to have. Customer support is responsive and our account manager is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mailers+4 is a bit dated and definitely has some validation warts. In general, the GUI framework seems a bit dated. The NCOA process is a bit clunky, involving a different program called Listware that is even more dated. There are some name sequences that seem to confuse name parsing, such as a name in last comma first order where there is a space in the last name part. It doesn't do quite as good a job of mangled address correction as newer options like SmartyStreets, which I like to use in conjunction with Mailers+4. Normally Mailers+4 is pretty fast, but sometimes it runs into a sequence of addresses with some unknown characteristic that causes it to slow way down, by factor of 10 times or more. Mailers is easy to use and customizable to the various formats needed for processing our data from different sources. It’s very fast compared to other options. Honestly, I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I’m unsure of the expected processing time but that seems to be more of an issue with bandwidth on our end than Mailers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Product is simple to use and we are able to use our custom software to interface with their database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Does not have anywhere in the PS3600 form to allow for mailings using USPS Extra Services such as certified mailings (this is Part ^ on PS3600) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That it finds the bad addresses that need to be corrected. This saves us so much money on returned mail postage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not have anything at this point that I do not like other than I would like to know how to process large groups of data into the system to check the addresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is effortless to use after set-up. All I have to do is click a few times, and it does the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With all of the features I use, I have no complaints. The set-up was a bit complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The people behind the services make all the difference. Melissa Data has always worked with us to make sure we have a solution that works for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No downsides that I can think of. We've had nothing but great experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using Mailers+4 since 2013. It's a robust CASS mail program that has been a "money maker" for our company. We have saved over $20,000 in postage costs every year since using the program. Updates come in a timely manner and Support is always quick to respond to my questions. This was one of the smartest business decisions our company made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
