I honestly have not found anything I don't like. Believe me I have looked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pricing we get from the software allows us to compete with larger mailing operations. Honestly Mailpreparer pays for itself each month just on the marketing pieces we send out promoting our business. Also we can quote postage on jobs without having to commit to the transaction. This has earned us significant business based on the discounted postage alone. Year on year we have tripled our mailing revenues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The User Interface is a little clunky until you learn it. Once you understand the site, it works reliably every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best feature about MailPreparer is the functionality and information it provides to users. The fact that it is the first and only cloud based solution on the market shows how "leading edge" it is. The industry has needed this type of a solution for a very long time. The rest of the industry evolved while postal optimization, analysis and address hygiene remained tied to a physical desktop and location. These functions are far too important, fluid and dynamic for access to software to be limited in this way.
While other areas of operations struggle to justify every FTE (or partial FTE) tools like MailPreparer show organizations how to save very large amounts of money without affecting their workforce/staffing. While it can optimize staffing, its main function should be to expose the organizational inefficiencies and correct them to increase capacity without adding staff. That is one of the things that MailPreparer does so well.
In addition, it has the ability to produce results based on the workflows and channels of your partners in the mailing process. Where the traditional software solutions can produce the same results by running multiple data passes, MailPreparer can do this in a single pass which optimizes the process a great deal. The output is "operations ready" and allows for multiple workflows designed to allow for work centers to share the work based on how they are set up, what they do best and what induction option they produce mail for. Weather the mail will be presented directly to the USPS or to a third party commingle partner, MailPreparer does the work and produces the necessary documentation in a single pass.
This allows businesses to prioritize and balance work in the "up stream" operations as well. Imagine printing the documents in the order to best serve the mailing operation. MailPreparer makes it clear how the work will flow optimally through the mail operation. Having the data delivered in this order for the print operations can efficiently move the work to completion very effectively and without the traditional departmental "squabbles". Imagine the time this can save an organization and what the data can tell an organization about their address databases and how they could be improved.
In short, MailPreparer can effectively impact multiple aspects of any business. How any single organization chooses to use it is up to them. MailPreparer delivers data that can be used to set direction and process across multiple business units at very reasonable costs that are easily justified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
