It is simple to create an import map for your data with Mailers+4. I created it in just a few minutes and was up and running. The program is very easy to use and has all the reports you might need to do your automated mailings with USPS. Once you are set up, you can save the settings and it is even easier the next time. The process of configuring the application the first time proved to be challenging. There is also a rather time-consuming round trip to export data from our COTS application, import it into Mailers+4, validate the information, create the output file, and then import it back into our COTS system. It's a pretty good tool for mailer de-duping, name parsing, and for finding people in zipcode radii. Being able to import several file formats into the software in order to combine listing from the different sales that come in from all the sources the company has. That my paperwork is always accurate, I don't have problems, the program makes my workflow very easy and smooth. Also, Mailers +4 is very easy to understand anyone can learn the program, and I believe that's a plus.
