On the downside, there are few integrations with other programs thus requiring either API (a functionality not always available with other platforms) or the use of a third party platform to connect such as Zapier or Intrgrately so MailerCloud needs to work on improving this. The product has odds quirks such as time-limiting deletion of lists, filtering out recipients when you create new lists without explanation, and missing obvious features like the ability to delete or archive webforms, or convert a webform between different types (once you pick say modal, you cannot change it to standalone and you're required to create a new one).
