MailerCloud has surprised me with their service, promptness and politeness. I have just changed from another bulk emailer due to a complete lack of service. Not so with MailerCloud. When you start with a new provider you sometime need a little help with setup. MailerCloud's online service is superb. You may start talking to a 'bot', which can usually answer most questions, but you are forwarded onto a real human. (if it's not a real human, AI has come a long way).
