I like how everything we need for the school is on one website and easy to navigate for the most part. The best part of Magnus is the costumer service. I was really stuck when I first started to use Magnus on a new job and they really helped me at the beginning , which was the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ony downsides are the trackers and groups that I wish they had a how to video or something that you could always access to show you how to do it so you do not always have to call Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Magnus provides Consisitaencey for charting among my several full time and sub nurses by using prefilled notes. Magnus makes keeping track of expired forms and automatic process. Magnus even emails remindners to families on whatever schedule I set so I can set it and forget it. We also use the Magnus app with teaher on field trips! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its expenseive - still worth it but this limits it as an option for many schools. The new cusotmer servce IS HARD TO USE -- why cant we still just call someone - putting in tickets this way is more difficult adn sometimes we need an immedete help or answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Magnus has many features to help organize, search and track student health records. However, it is not very intuitive for the user to navigate. It may be helpful to the user to have a "How-To" use page and some pop up's on some of the Magnus features for both the medical professional and the parents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I can message parents when I have completed my visit note. I like that it has all chart infomation like history, parent contacts, our sports department can use and I see thier notes and treatments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having to imput all the immunization. I also wish that when I am on the Student Medical Record, that when I click on OTC meds that it would list the dosage that can be given. It is impossible to use. I cannot do anything without contacting support. And when support tells me how to do something by email I can never replicate their instructions. The instructions do not help and the help section was helpful the first week but they changed it and no the search in the help section may return over 100 results but not one single result has anything to do with whatyou were searching about Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Magnus is easy to learn and use. Magnus customer support is very helpful, and questions are always answered quickly. The ability for parents to upload documents, even from their phones, is great. Increases compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that teachers and other staff do not have access because of confidentialty, however, this is really not a downside since confidentiality is crucial. There are ways to get teachers the information they need, like Magnus 911 cards, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
