Support is non existent. You get a support page that refers you to another support page and if your problem isn't there it does not let you get to a real person. Ever. Spent too much time trying to get the serial number to appear on the page where it was supposed to be. Couldn't talk to anyone about why it wasn't there. No follow-up email with that number. Well, in all fairness, no email from them ever. I'd like to give a good review but quite frankly, I've never been able to use the program. I'm computer literate, build computers, and use numerous programs. I've never seen anything like this. Strongly recommend not buying until support issues fixed. When I first started using Magix Photo Manager, I immediately realized its ease of use due to its simple and clean UI. Likewise, the program is good for basic photo management with useful features like batch processing, auto sorting, and shortcuts. It is also useful to eliminate unwanted duplicate images. Most of the time, I create slideshows for my youtube channel, however, this photo editor lacks a common sharing feature to share slideshows on youtube. In the case of features, they are good for all levels of users, but this tool lacks some advanced organizing and sharing capabilities. Magix has several timesaving features. I used the program to quickly find photos as well as eliminate unwanted duplicate images. The back-up function to personal hardware has only two options; CD or DVD. External hard drives not supported. Back-up is encrypted and therefore not recoverable without the software. It is a very intuitive and easy to use software, with the option of folders, we can access all the images that we have on our computer, on the other hand we can also access all the images that we have stored in the cloud, we simply use the tool cloud-import and log in with our user data.

The option of having easy access to my photos and images, both on the computer and in the cloud and being able to organize them in folders and by subject in a specific place is what I like the most, since I can have there both photos and logos of the I study where I work like other personal ones. I love this software, it makes it so easy to manage, share and present your photo collection! It has an advanced photo importer that really helps speed things along, and you can categorize and rate your images for easier navigation in the future. the great part is it can create slide shows and help you make the images look the best they can!
