Serial No. not provided. **What do you dislike about Magix Photo Manager?** Support is non existent. You get a support page that refers you to another support page and if your problem isn't there it does not let you get to a real person. Ever. Spent too much time trying to get the serial number to appear on the page where it was supposed to be. Couldn't talk to anyone about why it wasn't there. No follow-up email with that number. Well, in all fairness, no email from them ever. I'd like to give a good review but quite frankly, I've never been able to use the program. I'm computer literate, build computers, and use numerous programs. I've never seen anything like this. Strongly recommend not buying until support issues fixed. **What problems is Magix Photo Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** No benefits because support is a cyclic group of unhelpful pages. ### 2. Likewise, the program is good for basic photo management with useful features like batch processing, auto sorting, and shortcuts. It is also useful to eliminate unwanted duplicate images. It can easily filter, compile the best pics from the collection. **What do you dislike about Magix Photo Manager?** Most of the time, I create slideshows for my youtube channel, however, this photo editor lacks a common sharing feature to share slideshows on youtube. In the case of features, they are good for all levels of users, but this tool lacks some advanced organizing and sharing capabilities. Likewise, there are no enhancing tools like skin smoothing, teeth whitening etc. **Recommendations to others considering Magix Photo Manager:** If you are a basic user and need to make minor changes in your photos, then this is a very good program. Its simple and impressive UI is the reason behind its popularity. **What problems is Magix Photo Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** At our organization, we use this tool to edit, share and manage photos of our blog posts. Compared with other programs, it offers sufficient editing tools like saturation, brightness adjustment, clipping, and red-eye removal. Currently, we process only basic edits with this tool. I used the program to quickly find photos as well as eliminate unwanted duplicate images. It also made it easy to filter and compile the best photos from our collection. Another timesaving tool is its batch processor, which can update the metadata of multiple photos at once. The software also provides several shortcuts to common tasks, including importing, organizing, optimizing, archiving and presenting. **What do you dislike about Magix Photo Manager?** The back-up function to personal hardware has only two options; CD or DVD. External hard drives not supported. Back-up is encrypted and therefore not recoverable without the software. Backing up photos is best when files are copied and synchronized with those in the parent folder. **What problems is Magix Photo Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Magix Photo Manager allows us to share and store photo online. This software has many great options, one of them is the function of cathodes that allows us to organize our photos by themes. Its icon bar also has several interesting options, we can import and export our photos, print them, burn them on CD or DVD, or play them in a presentation. Photo management is strongest point of his program, including incorporated database. Standard options sometimes are very poor or none and advanced opotions are overhelming so there is no balance of options (for example You have only 2 or all 100 options). Heavy on computer resources.
