I love the OKR module which allows me to:
1- Clearly see how all teams OKRs contribute to company-wide objectives.
2- Monitor the progress of my KRs based on the health of the underlying initiatives. It's so intuitive. I can very easily tell if a KR is on track depending on the progress of the related initiatives.
3- Spot blockers early on, enabling me to course correct in a timely manner and keep my goals on track.
4- Log and centralise qualitative updates around KR updates and automatically share them to my peers and managers.
Luna provides me with the visibility I need into my team's goals and initiatives progress and drastically reduces the time I spend crafting and sharing updates to other stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I introduced Luna to my company to address the communication and coordination needs between our tech and non-tech stakeholders - and we are very satisfied with its adoption across the board! We specifically like:
- The templates that allow us to standardize planning across teams and minimize risks by ensuring all critical steps are addressed and key stakeholders are involved
- Progress tracking features (leadership dashboard, custom views for Sales ..) that keep everyone updated on progress and blockers without disrupting their daily habits
- Single source of truth for key milestones / decisions / blockers / docs across projects
As a traditional Enterprise, we really appreciate the effort and time Luna team invested in making the onboarding and set up seamless for everyone! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing important at this point! Maybe having the Teams integration to be able to receive updates via teams directly (similar to the Slack integration) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As the Director of Business development at an engineering consulting company, my team uses Luna to stay updated on projects progress. Before Luna we had to manually collect this info from Project leaders and it was only in a reactive mode. So we would miss / not get in time the important changes that we had to communicate to partners. Thanks to Luna, we are finally much more proactive in managing partner relationships. What I like most:
1- My personalized dashboard that just tells me what I need to know about projects timelines and potential blockers
2- The real time alerts on key changes or blockers that might affect the relationship with partners
3- The summary report I get every monday by email
Luna is also very intuitive for non techy people like myself. It didn't feel like a new tool to learn. It’s as simple as bookmarking my dashboard and getting Slack notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing specific but would love to have an 'externally' sharable version of the email summary report that I could automatically send to partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a Project manager in charge of large-scale, complex programs, I used to spend countless hours a day collecting info from different stakeholders about the status of milestones and communicating updates to different people at different levels. I tried so many tools to alleviate this busy work so I can focus on making sure risks are properly mitigated and decisions are followed through .. but all of them were adding more complexity to an already crowded tech stack. Luna is finally the tool I was looking for!
- Luna keeps me updated on project statuses and potential risks without the constant back-and-forth with teams.
- Luna allows me to spend way less time on communication via role-based summaries
- Luna's UI is very intuitive catered to both tech and non tech people
- Set up was effortless: Luna’s team managed the migration of our existing project data
- Its extensive integration with Jira ensures eng / product do not duplicate any info between both tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much I'd change. My only feature request is to be able to create slides automatically. That said, the dashboard already provides all the visuals I need, which I can easily screenshot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a Product Director, I brought Luna to replace the large and complex sheet I built to monitor my OKRs. We used to do monthly check in and often ended up blindsided by missed OKRs. Now thanks to Luna, I can monitor my OKRs in real time and very easily assess whether any blockers might prevent us from reaching our goals.
I love how easy it is to navigate between high-level insights into OKR progress and more detailed information about the underlying initiatives (their progress, contributions toward meeting KR etc..)
Luna also became our single source of truth for team updates. Whether it’s about a specific KR or an initiative that’s shifting or at risk, all the information is now centralized in one place. And I love how seamless it is to automate reports to my managers and peers. This has saved me so much time and effort.
FInally the onboarding and setup was zero effort on our side thanks to Luna's team who handled the date import and mapping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing specific, using Luna is quite seamless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As the executive director of a NGO with multiple concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders (schools, donors, governmental entities ..), Luna has been invaluable in driving collaboration among these stakeholders. I have my personalized dashboard where I can see the status of different projects at any time, at which milestones they are, the key issues I need to be aware of, and the decisions that need my input. We also created external views that we shared with our external stakeholders. Luna is very easy to use, and has been widely adopted by project stakeholders with varying levels of tech savviness. Nothing specifically. One suggestion: Since we work with many 'traditional' actors we still build some presentations for status updates. We currently take screenshots from Luna to include them in the presentations, which has already drastically decreased the time my teams used to spend on this. A direct integration with powerpoint would be a great addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As the General Manager of a System Integrator, my teams handle large and complex projects involving both internal stakeholders (engineers, pre-sales, sales ..) and external ones (vendors, clients). They use Luna to plan and coordinate milestones across these diverse groups. We transitioned from spreadsheets to Luna to take advantage of its templates, which allow us to standardize implementation processes based on the complexity of each integration. Luna's automated notifications and follow-ups ensure that each participant is involved at the right stage of the process, maintaining alignment across all stakeholders throughout the project.
As a General Manager, I benefit from real-time visibility into projects progress, and, most importantly, I can easily track changes compared to the original plans. My teams enter their updates directly in Luna, allowing me to check on progress at any time without needing to schedule meetings or request manual updates. Luna became an essential tool for stakeholders alignment and coordination across our projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Luna's friendly UI makes it easy to access all the information I need, the digests could be even more high-level. Ideally, I'd like to get a quick, one-minute overview that highlights where I should focus my energy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that, unlike 'general' project management tools, Luna is purpose-built to deliver customized visibility into project progress for different stakeholders.
I’m particularly impressed by how Luna focuses on what information to share, how to present it, and where to deliver it based on stakeholder visibility needs, ensuring that the information is actually consumed.
For example:
Executives get a high-level view of progress, including changes to delivery plans and key blockers they need to address, via their personalized dashboard and the weekly summary email.
Operational teams can dive into more detailed updates, such as milestone statuses, and see when their contributions are expected.
Critical updates and changes are instantly shared via email
reduced the time and effort spent communicating project updates to different stakeholders by more than 50% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing at this stage, Luna fits my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thanks to Luna, I now stay consistently up to date with roadmap progress without needing to chase PMs or wait for monthly product reviews. I can easily track the status of key features relevant to my clients, get a clear picture of upcoming releases, and understand exactly when it’s time to start sharing these updates with my clients. All the resources I need (pitch decks, training materials, and updates) are centralized in one place. I specifically like the fact that I can access all this info directly from Slack. Adopting Luna has definitely strengthened our client relationships by boosting our trust and credibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a Marketing Director at a tech-first company with over 500 employees, visibility into product timelines and feature scopes used to be a major challenge. Before Luna, we often found ourselves 'panicking' at the last minute to adapt to unexpected changes in timelines and feature scopes. This led to rushed, reactive efforts that impacted our ability to execute effective marketing campaigns.
Since adopting Luna, my team is finally in sync with Product! We now conduct joint planning sessions that clearly define what we’re communicating and when we need to kick off our marketing efforts. Luna’s custom views allow us to track the status of features and stay ahead of any key changes that could impact our work. The user interface is also incredibly intuitive. My team, who was previously reluctant to dive into Jira to check product statuses, now happily uses Luna.
Additionally, the reports we receive via email and Slack are a game-changer, keeping everyone aligned and informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There’s nothing specific that I dislike about Luna. However, I’m looking forward to some of the features on Luna’s roadmap, particularly the automation of product slides, including the integration of product screenshots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- The Jira integration is very flexible and easy to set up. Luna keeps all existing and new Jira issues in sync, as per rules I customize in Luna (for example, matching a fix version across Jira projects).
- The dashboard, timeline and kanban boards which concentrate the essential information I want to have available at a glance from several Jira boards provide much needed clarity.
- The easiness with which I can share updates async to the right stakeholders, within a list of initiatives view relevant to them.
- Running my weekly stakeholder update meetings directly from Luna, removing the need to produce reports on the back of the information in Jira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
