There are a lot of things we like about LumApps: modern user experience, easy to create content with templates, using metadata to highlight/target content and dynamically surface content anywhere on the platform. We have one-clcik access to all of our other tools and platforms, including Microsoft from anywhere on our LumApps intranet. Being able to integrate search results from other tools via federated search has also been great to bring our systems closer together to make it easier for people to find what they need. We use the Microsoft 356 integration with LumApps. While it mostly integrates well with the platform, there are some limitations, especially for larger companies that have one Azure tenant for multiple sub-companies. Lumapps is a powerful product where we can create a complete system of pages for our website, the communities function is what I see making the most value in the company I work for, people within these communities are able to exchange knowledge, experiences and communicate events and news with a more focused group and subject. The learning curve of lumapps is quite painful, even using it many times, you still have a certain difficulty creating pages quickly. The global widgets function would be handy if it were possible to change some properties; for example, when we create a button, we cannot reuse it and change the name from Button A to Button B, which makes this function very limited.
