We are the in the process of migrating to Ethink. So far what I like best is how clearly everything is documented along the way. It's clear that the staff at Ethink have done this many times and they are clear on what parts they know and if they don't know something, they state that clearly and then research it to provide a good answer. The performance after migrating to eThink has been very stable, even during the times of highest use. The response times to support tickets is stellar, with professional and knowledgeable staff. In addition, eThink support looks ahead to complete updates and perform maintenance to prevent down time, yet are still very quick to respond if there is any down time. This really is not a "dislike", but rather a situation that users must become accustomed to. All administrative site level changes must be completed by eThink via support tickets. Overall I would say there is nothing I dislike about eThink. The only item I think could use a little improvement is the ability to contact tech support via phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
During the latest budget cuts, I was handed the LMS Administrator duties on top of my job as an Instructional Designer. I don't even know what I would have done without the support of eThink during the transition and then moving forward. I feel like they always have my back and they make me "look good" at my institution because 99% of the time, we find a timely solution to whatever issue is at hand. The other thing I really appreciate is that even when my requests are sometimes short and curt due to my increased stress level, they always reply with positivity and friendliness. We made a major push in 2018 to update our Learning Management System and vendor. After comparing all requirements, we selected Ethink and the totara product. Ethink had the most flexibility and determination to meet all of our needs. After realizing they would have to custom-build an integration for us, it was quickly and effectively done.
Since launching with Ethink, we have had a massive improvement in our user experience. The totara system and ethink service team means very rare outage or issue, and a quality product. Love the reporting options and exam stability with totara.
Ethink staff are very friendly, prompt, reliable and expert in finding solutions. I was extremely happy with our implementation team.
