During the latest budget cuts, I was handed the LMS Administrator duties on top of my job as an Instructional Designer. I don't even know what I would have done without the support of eThink during the transition and then moving forward. I feel like they always have my back and they make me "look good" at my institution because 99% of the time, we find a timely solution to whatever issue is at hand. The other thing I really appreciate is that even when my requests are sometimes short and curt due to my increased stress level, they always reply with positivity and friendliness. Our team engaged eThink for a solution that would be able to scale to a high number of concurrent users. The entire migration process was very well managed, with a dedicated project manager and a highly skilled technical team that was very responsive before, during and after the migration process. Our team was able to work with them to transition the site over the course of a weekend - but the pre-loading process took some weeks to upload a vast amount of data. Wait time has increased. Sometimes I get a response right away, but other times it takes a full day, or two, or even a week if the concern has to be forwarded to another person on their team. I think I waited a couple of weeks for a recent request.
On rare occasions, the customer support solution doesn't work, or isn't sufficient for my needs. I end up finding a better solution on my own.

I have had wonderful experiences working with eThink since I started my role nearly 2 years ago. I have worked with a few different support representatives in different capacities. I am not sure how my tickets are assigned, but it seems like my first point of contact is with Jordan DeGroot. Jordan is a pleasure to work with and offers tremendous customer service and advocacy.
I have also participated in some of the professional development opportunities offered by eThink/OpenLMS. I am currently participating in the H5P Creator Course facilitated by Amy and Michael. I have seen at least two or three educational webinars from Amy Tessitore outside of the professional development course and she is also a pleasure to work with. I have worked in customer service in some form for the past 10 years and I am always impressed by the responsiveness of the eThink team.
I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences with eThink.

I filled out a review probably a little over a year ago. The only dislike that I had thought of (it was a stretch to find something) was that I thought more things could be better resolved via phone call as opposed to email.
Since my last review, I have hopped into a phone call a couple of different times with Jordan and have been able to tackle some more in-depth issues.
