Loop11 is very easy to use with its in in built AI project creator which does the entire project creation in few seconds with detailed tasks, activities and questions. The same can be quickly customised and launched. The data collection is smooth and results get mapped soon after completion with detailed analytics and outputs like heatmaps, navigation paths etc. It interface is intuitive and provides all features required for a UI/UX study. Considering we have adhoc projects we would have preferred a Pay as you use plan. Currently with the subscription and small sample size, it is slightly on costly for us.
