The Loop & Tie customer service is exemplary. The team is so quick to respond and is always so helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to ensure that every campaign is executed flawlessly. This gifting experience takes out the guess work in trying to determine addresses - the recipient can follow the SUPER user-friendly UX to select the item of their own choosing and send it to their address without the worry of our storing their personal/home addresses. I absolutely love that the recipient can select an item that they actually may want - and it's not branded.
