The old way shows a tag next to the item, but the new way is hard to figure out so I have to go back to Shopify to look for a 100% acurate answer. **Recommendations to others considering Loop Returns:** n/a **What problems is Loop Returns solving and how is that benefiting you?** i get my monthly report from Loop, and they provide me with a good view of what styles have been returned the most. I love their exchange features, allowing people to get extra credit and all the rules they have. Many competitors do not have proper exchange features. **What do you dislike about Loop Returns?** It does get a bit complex with how many features they have that accomplish the same thing- rules, blocklists, and flows can all stop products from being returned. **What problems is Loop Returns solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stop returns and make returns a profit centre by getting them to exchange instead! ### 8. I Love the note feature in customers orders. It's been perfect for communicating across all teams It's been a game changer for our team and our customers. Definitely recommend using loop for your return needs **What problems is Loop Returns solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to solve rerun error and tracking of returns by using loop. It's been a gift to be able to Keep track of orders as well as there required refund amounts. It's made refunding returns super easy ### 9.
