The ease of use, the multiple windows option, the customization to my bible study needs. Logos has rendered all my other bible study software and print useless. Logos has all the resources you can think of in one place. More than you'll probably use. Commentaries, Books, Media, Key Words, Sermon Prep and many more. The dashboard gives a glance at the different sections you can focus on. Devotional Time, Study Time, Sermon Prep Time, Deeper Theological Studies. Take a class, contribute your own information. It's so much info that you can get a little overwhelmed. Also, the amount of resources causes it to be slow sometimes. Of course that may depend on the computer you are using. There are so many things that can be done that it takes a couple of tutorials to get the most out of the program. But it takes a lot of time to figure that out. The graphics are easy to ready and has so many resources that you'll have more than you need to study, prepare sermons, lessons. You can prepare sermons directly from Logos and export the sermon in slides to Proclaim. Logos has apps for iPads and iPhones too and everything would be in sync.
Logos can become one stop shop for all your Bible-related activities - sermon notes, sermon creation, devotional notes, journaling. If you are away from your computer you can access your account through the web as if you were directly on the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The overwhelming amount of resources slows the software down. You can easily get lost with so much that is available. Organizing the screens, and becoming familiar with all the tools will take a lot of patience. The videos to learn how to use Logos are great (if you have hours upon hours to sit and learn it all).
