Logos has a multitude of features I use in my sermon prep. Side by side resources that keep in sync with one another (commentaries and scripture), sermon builder, the ability to search my personal notes, and cross-platform compatibility (I use it on Windows, Mac, and iOS) make it indispensable for my ministry use. My only complaint is that the initial startup can be slow. There are so many features that most users will likely need to spend some time with Faithlife's video tutorials to get the most out of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the best aspect of Logos is how easy it is to search for anything. There are multiple ways to search, and the results always return accurately and thoroughly. I also enjoy the unending library allowing me to add virtually any book I can think of. And of course, making notes and highlights, organizing them and being able to quickly find them later is a great feature. All in all, I would highly recommend Logos. It allows you to quickly find whatever you are searching for, saving you lots of time searching through books, and also providing information and resources you may not have considered looking for. Logos does have a learning curve to it. The software is so expansive, that it can take time to get to know all of the tools. But once you spend enough time in the software, it will become second nature. My recommendation would be to customize things for yourself, which will allow you to more quickly become familiar with the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that everything is integrated, from translations and books in my library; to commentaries and linguistic tools. Every aspect of the software interacts seamlessly with the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software itself and some of the resources can be fairly pricey. The software can become resource heavy for a personal-use computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I. Love. Logos. I am a seminary student who aspires to pastoral ministry, and I use Logos bible software nearly every day. Its resources, tools, and functionality are key contributors to my ability to succeed in school and prepare for ministry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it wasn't so expensive, but totally understand why it is. If I had all the money in the world I would update it constantly. Other than that, I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Logos is a very feature-rich Bible study tool. My favorite feature allows you to customize your screen and save your screen so that you can quickly switch between different layouts that enhance your study. My favorite layout places the Bible on the left-hand side and places various study guides on the right-hand side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Many of the resources I can find free in other Bible software tools and in the public domain are not free on Logos. As a result, I still have to visit other websites to glean insight into a Bible verse or passage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Logos has a wide range of titles giving me access to a library that rivals major seminaries and universities on my computer. All the titles are indexed, making research quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Logos requires a lot of storage and memory to run well, and I had to upgrade my computer to keep up with it. If it were less memory-intensive, that would be great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is simply the best software for studying a researching all things related to the Bible. Logos offers so many resources and features that I believe it is impossible to become an expert in every area. I use the passage guide regulary, and the factbook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be quite a learning curve and also tends to be expensive. Some features are not as well documented, like the sentence diagram tool. I think offering more free video lessons would be benificial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Logos is a library with hundreds of resources (Bible translations, dictionaries, commentaries, books, etc.), I use it mainly for Bible Study. There are other tools such as Youversion's Bible app that have so many features that using it as a proper Bible study tool is veri inconvenient (i.e, using their search to find a specific verse).
I like the fact that I can lookup the original greek/hebrew words, I can highlight, add notes, and search the entire library for topics, words, specific verses, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have many resources in my library, but I always end up using less than 10. Their pricing is fair (less than 4USD per resource), and I understand that one of the reasons they can give that pricing is that they sell in bulk. But if you plan to use Logos as I do (just Bible Study), I highly recommend you look for some free alternatives (such as Biblegateway+BibleHub or eSword) before purchasing one of Logos' packages. If you plan on getting Logos, please check the resources' list beforehand and make a list of the ones you'll definetily use, and see if the package's price makes sense if you'd only end up using those.
If you enjoy reading and discovering new books and plan on using Logos as a library (as they intend you to use), and not just for Bible Study, go ahead and get the best package you can afford. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that this Bible software is a one stop shop for studying, teaching, preaching and just simple reading Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a bit pricey to get all the books and tools that you may want to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can find anything basically for studying the Word of God. They offer free books each month, which adds to my library, and I love that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price was high, and the price for upgrades was high as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
