Logiwa IO is a great software that is incredibly powerful. beyond that, what impresses us the most is not the tool itself, but the service we get from the people who have made that tool and are always listening to ways to improve it. It's very stable, works all the time, never crashed on us once. The onboarding and transition from our older WMS was very smooth thanks again to great training from their personnel. Our staff in the warehouse are very pleased with how it works and how fast it is. It's very easy to use for our pickers and packers and training new staff takes a few days at the most.
