Logicgate is changing how we are handling complaints and making SoFi more efficient. We had a manual tracking process and now we are going to be efficient and responsive in ways that we didn't even think would be possible. Flexibility is the name of the game with this tool. Everything your trying to do is possible with this logical system. The implementation was totally painless, and the team really helped us think through what we were trying to do and made recommendations to help us improve our process. It's still being developed, so there are quite a few 'asks' we've had that are on the development to do list, but the team has been very receptive to our feedback and none of our 'asks' have been dealbreakers. The LogicGate team always had a straightforward work around for us in situations where they could not do what we were asking.
