LogicGate is a great platform for those GRC leaders who want to build and/or automate their program from the ground up. Given the flexible nature of the platform, you are able to build workflows to fit your existing program, or future needs. Additionally, the reporting functionality is likely the best in the industry. Need a report for something? Determine the story you are trying to tell, find the data in your existing workflows, and you can create the reports yourself without relying on the vendor (or another tool) to build them for you. Although there are existing templates available, LogicGate's strength does not lie in the "plug and play" GRC space. If you are looking for something that you can plug in and start working day 1, you are likely going to be unhappy with the product; however, if you are willing to invest time and a little effort, you can get a much more tailored solution. We implemented LogicGate ("LG") about 4 months ago for several audit and compliance activities. The implementation process was very simple and made even better by the support we received from the LG team. Their customer service is amazing. We were able to utilize LG to replace several processes managed through Excel and email. By streamlining the processes we gained efficiency and a single storage repository for key documents. Our business customers loved the tool and found the user interface easy. In fact, our business continuity team saw the value of the tool and has begun to use it for business continuity plan management and processes.

LogicGate gives me complete control over how I manage risk information from collection to reporting so I can ask insightful questions, make strategic decisions and overall "shift left" even in a constantly evolving risk landscape. The LogicGate system is helpful for implementing tasks and processes that have recurrences that you typically need to send those fun 'nagging' emails for. The platform can be customizable to meet the needs of our organization. It can allow multiple users to collaborate simultaneously as well as provide an interactive experience for all of our users from both the third party aspect and the internal user aspect. Loading times and general latency within the tool. There is no global search function within the work queue. When making updates, the changes are made in a live environment so any user within the tool would be effected by those changes in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were looking for a GRC tool but LogicGate is so much more. It's a flexible process management tool that can be used to digitise any standardised process. It's super easy to use and the implementation team made the deployment very easy. Logic gate met all our requirements right form the start, but as we started using the tool, we saw that there are some other features that were not yet implemented, such as more granular access control for the admin features. Can't disable comments on records, having to manually add users to a record, static filters on reports . I wanted a report that shows risks older than 30 days, but the date filter needs to be changed manually. My team has already provided this feedback to LogicGate. I love the ability to build this tool to suit the needs of our business as we see fit. Continual feedback on enhancements to the platform are also readily taken into account when given to the LogicGate Team, who is always extremely receptive to our input. LogicGate tool allows our own administrators to make significant structure and workflow updates without any IT requirements. the Tool is extremely flexible to meet the needs of our multitude of data analysis across many varieties of products and attributes in a large database content.

LogicGate is a relatively new software application, many features that our company would like are not implemented in an easy to use method, LogicGate has been very responsive in adding feature requests and doing periodic updates based upon all their customer's needs, and their customer service is supporting alternative methods to achieve the needed results during the interim.
