What I like best about LogicGate is its usability, flexibility, and visibility across modules.
I thought it was easy to pick up because I didn't have to learn how to code. Once I played around with some of their templates and got the lay of the land, I felt it was simple to structurally change my workflows to move more logically, display information more conveniently, and ensure that my team captures the correct information at the right step in the process.
I also like the visibility that it provides for each record. Using LogicGate as my source of truth, I can link my controls to my risks, policies, regulations, etc., and vice versa. The information is far more accessible and easy to find relative to before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For me, two things would be beneficial for LogicGate to update and include as functionality:
1) I am currently unable to make date-based calculations in the system. For example, I cannot make a calculation based on a date field that would display how long a record has been open.
2) Some of the reporting functionality needs to be further developed. For example, I still need to export some data to make layered charts (i.e., a bar graph with a line graph on top of it). Secondly, I cannot filter data based on date ranges (i.e., only show me records created in Q2 2021). To do something like that, I would need to create a field for the user to flag the record creation date as Q2 2021, which would be redundant with the existing date field. The ability to create visual reports that stand out. If you want something to jump out to you, you can build something that does just that. I like the flexibility and capabilities of the system, and the facility to be able to customise home screens to show you the important information relevant to you. When creating workflows, it would be useful if you were able to add a relationship report from within the same workflow itself. Sometimes it's useful to be able to look at current records going through the workflow whilst you're already in there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LogicGate allows ease of utilization and customization to accomdate the most tech-savvy to those of us just moving away from spiral notebooks and pencils. It's intuitive interface for both use and development allows users to navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape in real-time; versus waiting for a over-burdened tech team to "get around" that other solutions rely upon. LogicGate is up and coming for the unique use for our instituition. As such, we are developing solutions together rather than having them in advance. While this is not a deal-breaker and does support the spirit of growth, it can delay certain ideas and implementations. These delays cause impatient stakeholders to create meetings to talk about developments upcoming, instead of what is being immediately rolled out.

Having the ability to get to the solution from anywhere along with having everything in a single pane of glass will be amazing. The first implementation is one that has gone well. Risk Cloud is completly customisable, if there is something you want to do with the software...it probably can do it.

It can seem a little daunting at first, even after compelting the power user training, especially if you are someone new to the company which is already using Risk Cloud. But once you get to grips with the system is really is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
