What do you like best about Lodgify?

how sync it is, and mainly with a keyless solution for opening the door, easy to use, once you understand the principle, it takes more less two-three days to fully set up and run it when you are fully - committed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lodgify?

I like the helpful setup calls and the amount of support I got. Kind and friendly as well as competent and professional.

I also like the design and the automated messages as well as the possibility to build your own website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lodgify?

Im missing some key functions like

-seeing how much the platforms are taking from the booking (fees)

- for booking.vom at what time I'm getting the money for this particular booking

- as well as the possibility to react to requests as "early check-in"

What do you like best about Lodgify?

The connection team is very patient with establishing Calendar integration.

The website templates are easy to use and aesthetically appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lodgify?

Lodgify does not adhere to its published policies. For example, Lodify's policy states that it does not charge commissions for canceled reservations. However, Lodgify can not verify if reservations were canceled, so they charge commissions on ALL reservations, regardless of status. For example, an avalanche of false reservations were made on booking.com. Since booking.com is tied to my Lodgify account, I was charged hundreds of dollars in commission fees for fraudulent reservations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
