What do you like best about Lodgify?

I would say Lodgify customer service on a scale of 1 to 10, I will give a 10, I love the option of being able to create my website with the name of my property! the dashboard was very friendly. Lodgify allows me to make changes to my property all in one place, this is both affordable and easy to use, especially for me being a first-time host. They are perfect A single destination for guest communication synced with my listing data across all channels. No more hopping from channel to channel for calendar updates. View all reservations across all channels in one place. The most efficient way to tackle recurring tasks with automation capabilities that can take over my routine to-dos on Lodgify. The guest communication experts can offer my guests accurate and timely support around the clock. This platform is integrated with the world’s top online travel agencies, as well as third-party solutions that help me succeed – from dynamic pricing tools to noise monitoring technology to keyless entry systems. What do you like best about Lodgify?

What do you like best about Lodgify?

This system is easy to use due to its interface that is very friendly, it also allows me to be online from my mobile device anywhere. Letting me see the movement of reservations of my clients and the number of people who come to review the catalog of services offered by my business.

This system has also allowed me to integrate it with my web pages in order to give my clients the easiest service and the best online service they deserve. I also like your customer service team, without a doubt they are very attentive and very professional, I feel very satisfied and supported by them.

In the same way, I love Lodgify because it allows me to save a lot of time, since once this system is configured with my means of payment, everything else works automatically, and it avoids the client the known jams in the system. One of the things that I liked a lot is their email system that lets me be in direct contact with my clients in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lodgify?

One of the things that I did not like is that at the beginning, this system is a little complicated to handle, also the currency changes must improve it in order to be able to personalize them. The technical support team is already working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lodgify?

I like what it promises: easy integration for AirBNB, property management, and your own booking website Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lodgify?

Everything. I dislike everything. The calendar does not sync correctly with AirBNB and caused us multiple double booking, the back-end is clunky and hard to navigate, the "website" is slow and not user-friendly, the customer service is terrible, and getting paid is a nightmare. Recommendations to others considering Lodgify:

Lodgify makes promises that they cannot deliver on. They have owned us money for almost four months, we have not seen a penny of it, but have to keep paying the monthly fee to have access to support. My recommendation is to find someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lodgify?

1. It provides nearly everything that we need, to run an apartment house in the digital world.
