I really like Livestorm's UI. It feels more friendly and engaging than other webinar platforms. I also like the amount of brand customisation that's possible, from the registration pages to the automated reminder emails. Whenever I've needed it, customer support has been friendly and quick to resolve any questions or issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the pricing tiers slightly frustrating. Because pricing is based on contacts per month, this for us can be quite spiky depending on the type of webinar we're running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool offers a lot of possibilities and plug-ins. We've used a lot of smaller tools so far, so it seems very overwhelming to start with, but the customer support and well-developed knowledge base help to get us up and running quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I still have a problem with the knowledge base itself. Some keywords I type in do not show any material. I know that a chatbot or someone from support can always drop them off, but I am giving feedback because an efficient knowledge base certainly improves self-service, which is important to me. Its a great piece of software for many things, scheduling webinars with a nicely branded landing page and sign up.
Runnning a webinar and being able to have chats, questions and polls all nicely laid out.
Sending out the information from the webinar after it ends to all registrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes we want to run a webinar where we can see participants, and rather it be a webinar where we present we want to have it as a round table discussion but have yet not found out how to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We've been using LiveStorm for 5 months to host regular webinars and it's been easy to use. Here is what I have appreciated:
-I didn't have previous experience with the platform, but between the intuitive design and documentation, I was able to get up to speed very quickly.
-Now that my event is set up, I can schedule sessions for the next month within minutes.
-I appreciate how comprehensive its feature set is (e.g. reporting, HubSpot integration, chat, polling, emoticon reactions, registration, email reminders, branding options). There are a few gaps, but they're relatively minor in the bigger scheme of things.
-I also like how easy it is to customize my events (e.g. experience, branding, copy) and how enabling integrations doesn't require any dev support.
-The experience is good. I haven't been bombarded by emails and I find myself taking mental notes on things I like about the experience they're delivering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
These are gaps that are annoying to me, but they're minor in the bigger picture of everything you can do with LiveStorm.
-You can run a poll during the event, but you can't see or display responses during the event. It limits the value of the poll and presenter-audience interaction.
-Creating a list in HubSpot of registrants for a particular session is a pain in the butt.
-When you look at a list of events, they aren't always ordered in the way that you'd expect...like by next upcoming event. So it's easy to click into the wrong event.
-Doesn't send presenters a calendar invite to block off their calendar and give them the LiveStorm URL Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I used Livestorm as a moderator during a live chat for our livestream, and it was easy to learn, and simple to use while interacting with 600+ participants. Keeping up with what was going on, moderating and removing messages, and interacting with participants was easy to do thanks to this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I experienced no downsides while using Livestorm as chat moderator for my event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very easy to use yet powerful. The UX is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe you should make it more clear what the participant and the intervenant receive. One had issues to log to webinar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the user interface -- it's super intuitive. The only piece that can be confusing (joining stage) actually ends up being a positive because then you can have back of house tech support on the line but invisible to the audience.
We use it about once a week and it's super easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like if it integrated better with LinkedIn to promote events. Maybe it does and I've just missed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Events are very easy to set up with a slick user experience that is well designed. The built-in automations are very useful and make organising an event a lot easier - for example Livestorm takes care of automated emailing to registrants, as well as recording and distributing the event once it has been hosted. The integration with Hubspot is also very useful as it allows all leads to be synced directly to our CRM, and you can even sync data such as session duration. I have also had to use customer support a couple of times, and they have always been very quick and attentive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one slight drawback is that when you record an event, you can't record separate audio tracks for participants. This makes it more difficult to create a podcast off the back of a webinar recording - and I know that Zoom events does have this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Livestorm has an intuitive interface for.bith back office and front office. The possibility of automated emails and stats are a plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
