I'm onboarding for a new job, and I'll be using Livestorm. My colleague set up an hour to train me on the platform, but we were finished in less than half that time! The navigation and features are very intuitive, both on the back end/admin side of things and during a session; I probably could've started using it without any kind of training at all. Couldn't be easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's just one misstep I've had using the platform. One time, I was attending a webinar that my colleagues were hosting--not "on stage," just watching, but I was logged into the platform. I clicked on one of the host's videos to enlarge it, and it rearranged the videos and screenshare for all attendees--not just me. That wasn't my intention, and I wish I'd known that me rearranging windows for myself would affect everyone's view! In the end, it wasn't a big deal--I just quickly reverted back--but that's one feature that could maybe benefit from additional in-app signposting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Livestorm is a real easy way to organize webinars from A to Z.
Design is cool and the product is easy to understand!
I specially love how easy and fast it is to set up the whole event from scratch.
Quality of live and replay is quite good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They could improve the possibility to invite again people who didn't register in the first place.
They could add features of engagement such as wordcloud and quiz for instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Livestorm is easy to learn and use and has the features we need for our two to three monthly webinars. The platform's automated emails make it easy to join the webinar and follow up with surveys. It integrates with HubSpot, keeping our data updated and accurate. When we have had a question or issue, which is rare, Livestorm support is quick to respond and troubleshoot. We have the basic package, which doesn't allow us to integrate PowerPoint decks directly to use animation; it's only available with a purchased integration package or enterprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool offers quite a lot of integration possibilities. Webinars are very professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You could think about a better UX on the part of the webinar organizer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is incredibly easy to use and we have been using it at least once every month so far at our org. You don't have to work with your designer to set up a landing page, design a banner, and all the other complex nitty-gritty that goes behind the process. Just set up a template for the landing page and you are good to go. The interface is pretty straightforward, making it easy for you to set up the webinar and also run it. Brownie points for the integration with Hubspot. With the integration, we are able to run automated email follow-ups during the webinar, which also helps us increase the registrants to attendants percentage. Nothing as of now. Maybe more customization with templates for both email and landing page. Also, maybe the team could look into more detailed analytics on the registrants plus incorporate CRM tools within Livestorm. So it becomes an end-end platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The understanding and follow up of the Livestorm team. The solving oriented mind from them :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price is a bit high, maybe to develop a solution to one shot webinar? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honnestly I have no pb with the solution yet. The embed module could propose more features perhaps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Is easy to figure out how to log in, start a meeting, screenshare, view comments and questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to switch screenshare to a new tab, but I wish I would get a warning that if I'm on a new tab it's not being screenshared. I have made that mistake like 10 times on my live webinars. I go to a new tab to show something new, and forget to click the button to share the new tab, and have no idea until like 5 min later someone comments "should we be seeing xyz still?"
Also choosing backgrounds is a little glitchy. I usually have to leave and re-enter the meeting in order for my selected background image to propagate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Livestorm is the versatility in configuring the rooms, the entire event implementation, the automatic recording of events, the differentiation between chat types for questions, the ability to download statistics and other session data, and overall, it is a great platform for hosting private streams.
The customer service is excellent, especially if Aidee assists you; she resolves all your doubts with the best attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like least is the low number of attendees allowed in the monthly licenses. If the number of attendees could be increased to over 1,000 as it was years ago with a monthly license, I would have more sales opportunities with clients. The current limit is a significant obstacle because my events are not held every month, and an annual license is too expensive for the limited use I currently give the platform. I also think it would be very useful to be able to download the attendance graph and other data that can be viewed within the platform but not downloaded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
