What do you like best about Livestorm?

What I like best about Livestorm is the following:

1. It is easy to set up and customize.

2. Attendees seem to have an easy time registering, that is the registration process for the client is easy and smooth.

3. The quality of the video and audio is impeccable. This includes the actual streaming (little to no abnormal delay time).

4. Follow-up emails fairly easy to customize. This could be better and I'll mention this in the dislike area.

5. Follow-up emails automatically send out a link with the replay. I don't have to do anything. I love this.

6. I can download the video easily.

7. I can replace the replay with an edited (polished version if I want)

8. I can easily download or export variations of the registrants.

9. Great on-demand center. Would like to see an audio version added with a download option!

10. Nice UI and UX Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

While these are a couple of items I dislike, it doesn't take much away from the quality of my experience with Livestorm nor the user experience.

1. Would like to see the ability to edit the autoresponders better. When you begin to edit the content they automatically added disappears. So for example the webinar replay link is added by default, but if you edit the text, that all goes away. Would like it if that text stayed.

2. I would love to be add at least a couple of more emails or email types to the list of emails one can send to registrants. They currently have by default (5). Which is sufficient, but doesn't allow one to add one or two more if desired. This could be easily added.

3. It would be great to get a direct integration with YouTube to livestream. A couple of other popular platforms already have this, so it should be easy enough to integrate.

4. I would really like to see a CTA button added with an option to edit the size, color, text, link and "new page or current page" option. This is pretty important. Current work around is to just add the link to the chat. Which works okay.

5. While this isn't critical, it would be nice to have the ability to add a hyperlink to text added to the chat box.

6. Finally, I'm not able to use Livestorm for video conferencing on my iPhone This would be a very nice addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Communicate live with our audience. This puts a real face to our business.

2. Provide great quality and interactive teaching, training and learning experiences to our audience.

What do you like best about Livestorm?

Setting up webinars for my team is easy. I use it to also conduct webinars to our clients in our industry and I like that a recording is sent automatically after. I also can add branding to the registration page and I can have guest speakers. Not only that I can choose whether there's a chat function or not. Lots to like!

I use this on a monthly basis and have conducted various webinars.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

I think some of the interface should be improved. In particular I think sharing an event is not so obvious to find. A share link to the webinar event needs to be easier to find.

What do you like best about Livestorm?

Platform is extremely user friendly both from a user perspective and an attendee perspective. It allows us to make the experience so much more interactive and it increases engagement with our audience. Setting up webinars is really easy and straight forward and it allows us to run multiple webinars at the same time. The support team are really responsive and go above and beyond to help. What do you dislike about Livestorm?

Reporting does lack slightly but I have recommended some changes - you can see ongoing development and new features released which is nice to see so hopefully my feedback will be taken away Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Livestorm?

Livestorm is very intuitive for presenters and participants. I spent about 15 minutes preparing for my first live webinar and felt very comfortable with the system. I've run numerous webinars since with very few issues.

The in-meeting controls are great for facilitating a professional session and make it easy for even untrained presenters to rapidly get up to speed. Materials can all be uploaded in advance and you can switch between them at the click of a button for smooth transitions from slides to videos or other media. All presenters are able to advance the content which makes life easy for speakers. Participants found the chat features easy to use and we got great engagement from the audience. What do you dislike about Livestorm?

What do you like best about Livestorm?

Sometimes, the documentation is not 100% complete, especially regarding integrations where specific details were not described and we had to go through support. I also wish referrer/campaign details were synced with Hubspot for seamless attribution. But overall, support is pretty responsive to come to the rescue if a technical question appears. Livestorm is the best webinar platform in French. All the settings are simple, with a good level of customization. The registration process is smooth, as well as the recording and reminders. The pricing is very expensive as soon as there are several hundred registrants, and the billing is clearly not in favor of the customer (a mix between registrants and live participants), which causes the bill to skyrocket if webinars are held with several hundred people.

What do you like best about Livestorm?

It's easy to use and rely on it for all of our webinars (monthly). It takes less than 5 minutes to teach new users how to use the platform. It's intuitive and it has major integrations with all the tools we need (E.g. Hubspot). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

The quality of the on-demand recording. I wish I had the ability to export the on-demand recording in higher quality OR have each video (E.g. speaker video and presentation) be exported separately in high quality. We typically turn these videos into clips afterwards and if we don't center the video of someone speaking DURING the live webinar, we don't get nice footage for our clips.
