What do you like best about LiveChatAI?

I think that its most powerful feature is the crawl of the pages because you can train the IA bot by selecting the URL and start crawling and it will automatically add any micro site that is in it so I'd a great help and it saves a lot of time for you if you want to have a personalized chat bot in a specific topic. What do you dislike about LiveChatAI?

The part that I like the least is actually that once you start the process of crawling the websites, there is no any pause button so you can decide which micro sites you want to include there or not, instead you have to wait until the process finish and then just erase one by one the sites you do not want to add there. Is actually saving a lot of time of having to create a speech or produce a lot of questions and answers to add those in a chat bot, instead you just think the topic that can support your chat bot and find a website you could use and then boom you have a trained chat bot just by crawling the websites. I love that you can write anything and it will make the wording more professional or friendly depending on the situation. Helps descalate cst that are upset as the wording is more friendlier than what I would typically write. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the wording is to technical and cst will not always understand the big words it gives or changes words that don't need to be changed for example shipping does not need to be changed to dispatching. I think the best part is using it in a way that you never thought you could use it. The instant replies to simple questions cuts down on time that associates spend on having to answer those simple questions which allows them to work freely on other things. I think I don't have any real dislikes with the software. I am from the old school and I do believe customer service is an art. To have AI take away the human interaction even for the most innocuous of questions can impact relationships, but it just means in those times human interaction is necessary, we need to step up how well we deal with those interactions! In my industry, there's a widely believed notion that most of the questions our clients have are always in front of them, and it is on us to make sure we make the answers easy to find. What do you like best about LiveChatAI?

It was very easy to implement, we set our documentation portal as the Data Source and that's all we did. It solved most of the support requests since questions were often repetetive ones. It also notifies when someone wants to talk to the real person, so we can handle conversations further. It really reduces customer support work and even answers better then a real person. No migration options. We are using Intercom for a long time, and migrating to another service is a bit tricky since we have a lot of conversation history and snippets there.
