What do you like best about Litify?

Litify is a great business and case management tool. It allows customization so that you can manage your cases in the way that is important to you. All of the available automations makes things consistent and easy. The smallest details are now completed seemlessly. As a manager the reports and dashboards help to make my job a lot easier too. What do you dislike about Litify?

Litify is a little intimidating to learn and set up and become comfortable manuevering through as an admin. The Litify community helps a lot and the weekly connection meetings are a great resource for guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Litify?

Built on Salesforce, Litify is the only truly open platform for legal. Because of this you can add in best in class tools, build your own workflows and continually improve operations. What do you like best about Litify?

We have been live with Litify for six months. We could be more efficient with pen and paper at this point. We have spent so much on Litify and the configuration is so messed up it has hurt our ability to generate cash flow due to how inefficient our setup is. I don't like anything about Litify yet. What do you dislike about Litify?

I would have liked the Litify team to be more involved from the beginning with the 3rd party implementation agency. Our implementation was almost double what it was quoted and the configuration wasn't done correctly. Now the foundation of our Litify product isn't right. Ease of use 1 out 10 due to poor configuration. 1 out 10 for implementation. Customer Support has been overall good. We use Litify daily. Number of Features is good but none have been setup properly for us. Ease of integration 1 out 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Litify?

Litify is familiar in a social media use sort of way. Tabs and things that we are looking for may be painfully in front of our faces, but the process of getting out and in to that space can be more complicated than needed. I like that your tasks are easily seen and the diary items are on the home page constantly for reminder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litify?

It would be easier to use the system if there were not so many places to get lost. I think when there are too many options available, it can become overwhelming. I wish that I could send a chatter from any place in the case (i.e. a litify note within a tab) and it would connect automatically to the matter and post to the case. however it does not. While I do appreciate the social media approach, sometimes less is more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Litify solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't really have any "problems" that need solving. If anything, when I do have a problem, I am unable to correct it due to being locked out and only a supervisor can fix it. This makes processes take unnecessarily longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Litify?

Litify is very easy to use. You do not have to guess much on how to find what you are looking for. Also, there are different ways of doing a task on litify like writing notes for example. You can write notes on the main Matter, on the client, on an specific party etc etc. Same, with the way you access to Roles. Always several ways of doing things and accomplish same task. What do you dislike about Litify?

There is always room for improvement. Glitches like Having a two way process to accomplish 1 task. If you miss one of the two it wont reflect on profile. Same with Middle initials of clients.They do not show up unless you click on the role. So if you have several roles wih the same name and only a different middle name it wont display until you click each. Which can create issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Litify?

I can access prior copies of document drafts.

It is possible to have a matter open and then have "subtabs" for the insurance, roles, documents, etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litify?

CEXs are a much longer process

Client contacts cannot be cloned to companion cases

Any text added to "client contact" (ie: client contact re: PD, LOU, tx) voids the client contact on the report

There isn't a way to search Activity Timeline by just "client contact" or "adjuster contact" or other topics - they all populate in a search when it's narrowed down to "calls"

Emails about chatters do not have the case name, only matter number, so you have to either put the client name in the chatter, or open up the link, or open up from the notifications

Letters cannot be merged directly from the diary so it adds extra steps when generating letters and documents

What do you like best about Litify?

It is an easy accesable system that is organized and easy to manage. There are numerouse features and folders which make things easy to look for. Its an easy system you can frequently use all day without any malfunctions. The litify support team is always avaiable to help and hear you out on how to make improvements. The implementation from the start to creating a matter is guided and provides notes to make sure you knowwhat you are doing and what is needed next to fullfil the best use out the system. We cant clone a matter completly. We still need to go and add all the insurance information again, assiagn the matter team and fill in the questionare all over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact the matter dose not completly clone (transfer over the basic things such has insurance carriers, matter team, the questionare) makes it more time consuming needing to go back and fill all that stuff in when you think its going to transfer over from the original matter. What do you like best about Litify?

I do like that you are able to work with a lot of third parties to do more. For instance working with Banjaxed to text from within Litify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litify?

The lack of communication and the slow response time we receive. The amount of issues we run into especially when new automations are added, it seems to cause more issues. The amount of changes that happen so frequently, they aren't always welcomed/wanted changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been trying to customize our Litify org since going live to work best for our firm. We are constantly adding new automations to make things easier for us.
