What do you dislike about LinkTrust?

Would like interface to be more intuitive for new admin users - requires some ramp-up for new team members who have not used LinkTrust before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LinkTrust solving and how is that benefiting you?

LinkTrust is an awesome solution to manage our affiliate program. We used another technology previously and were often limited when affiliates had special requests, but so far LinkTrust has been able to accommodate all of these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LinkTrust?

The software was easy enough to use and implement, particularly if your team is not full of engineers. Their team is willing to help get new customers onboarded and up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkTrust?

The lack of flexibility in their plans and contract structure. When we started with Linktrust, we were not sure about our level of using affiliates. As it turns out after experimenting with the software we made a decision not to pursue this avenue. At the time Linktrust only provided year long contracts, which did not work for us specifially.
