I have been utilizing the platform heavily for active/passive Recruiting purposes & there isn't much that I dislike about it. However, it limits the number of reach outs via Inmail to people if overall response rate is little lower. What I really love about LinkedIn Recruiter is that it is a professional global platform, where you are able to narrow down your search with specific criteria to find the type of people/talent you are looking for. The best thing about this tool is the reach that you have available to you as a recruiter. Everyone under the sun uses LinkedIn and with the Recruiter software, you can reach up to third degree connections that you wouldn't have the chance to message if you weren't using this tool. I like that anyone can navigate LinkedIn Recruiter easily - you can categorize and easily find the right good fit candidate for your search.
