It would be useful if those who decline messages were automatically removed from pipelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All the different search features, you can put in anything and everything you need in a candidate, whether it be graduation date, years in current role, past company, etc. The amount of boolean features is amazing to target the right talent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price - and with the new updated version, you can only start one search per project. I liked the prior feature of looking through search history so you can create different targeted searches for the same role. One other thing is their mobile app - absolutely horrid. Don't even bother using it, I used to have it on my phone for dire situations but the entire application is very poorly designed with no effort. I only use it on web, but difficult to pull up candidate information on the go while only having access to a mobile device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you are recruiting passive professionals you need it.
Sure there are less full featured versions of Linkedin, but given the cost to hire for major corporations it's worth the money Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's expensive and all about protecting the Linkedin data moat not being easy for you. Also if you or your company use multiple products from LinkeIn it's totally cludgey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new job page. It's confusing with the different job and job project. I do like that you cannot export your network or sort them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
