I like almost everything about it. Just that they can bring more clarity on the profile's professional details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LinkedIn recruiter helps you connect with people who are not on your connection list. It even suggests me profiles of candidates that are similar to my current list. I can send in-mails to prospective candidates and manage the job postings in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The subscription fee is very high. For the amount that you pay, you can't even post jobs for free. You have to pay additional charges for posting jobs on top of the hefty subscription fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing is the ability to see all people that are in Linkedin with zero restrictions. This is excellent, especially if you do not have a high amount of personal connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing that I don't like about LinkedIn Recruiter is the face that the Boolean String Searching is not up to par - it will not always recognize what we are putting into the search bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Linkedin Recruiter is a perfect tool if it comes to recruit the best talent for the company. Recruiters around the world use a Linkedin recruiter to post the vacancies of their company. Linkedin is the only Global tool that allows users to apply for jobs around the world. Nowadays, since most professional people are using Linkedin its get very easy to find the required candidate for a role. The Linkedin recruiter also allows HR to find the talent and sending messages to capable people for the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Things I dislike about Linkedin Recruiter is that it shows jobs to the people if it is filled. This results in the wastage of the time of the people. The Linkedin recruiter also does not guarantee to find the best candidate for the required job as many passive users do not check their LinkedIn regularly. There are many other platforms to find a job, and those platforms specifically work for job hunting. Many candidates use other online job portals rather than finding a job on Linkedin. LinkedIn is one of the best platforms on the internet to connect with professionals and grow your network. LinkedIn Recruiter helps recruiters to find the best talent available in the market and connect with them. As I have been using LinkedIn Recruiter for a few years, I don't think there is any dislike or drawback that I encountered. If they want to improve on something, then I believe that adding a scroll option on the left size of the window where there are search filters would make it a bit easier to use. For the last 10-12 years we all are using Job Portals to Search for jobs and Find candidates there are many job portals for recruiters and every portal has its own features and advantages similarly LinkedIn recruiter also has its own benefit and advantages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature that LinkedIn launched a couple years ago now is "Open To Work" where people can opt-in to share with LinkedIn Recruiter users that they actually want to find a new role so you can target people who are looking. Saves so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For a product that has been around for so long (10 years?), there are still a lot of little glitches that pop up. Their support team is helpful but it sometimes takes days for them to fix things, like one time one of our paid job slots disappeared for a few days even though we had already paid for it. We absolutely love using LinkedIn Recruiter on a daily basis! This tool helps our recruiters reach out to the best candidates for the jobs we have. The best part of using LI Recruiter is being able to filter exactly what you are looking for; whether it be a specific job or specific talent, you can find what you are looking for. The Project aspect in LI Recruiter is also a great help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are times where LI Recruiter goes down and will take anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes to come back on, which in return can waste valuable time when we have so many hours in the day to plan and recruit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LinkedIn Recruiter was very helpful for acquiring talent because it is friendly to use. It is so similar to the standard LinkedIn interface and has many filters that allow you to narrow down searches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside to LinkedIn recruiter is that people's profiles often have excessive information, catering to many different fields, so reviewing candidates is time-consuming and often, their relevant experience is not very recent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
