This platform is fantastic as it has a beautiful UI. It helps identify and figure out the applicants who are genuinely looking for a job or job change. For sourcing, it helps to search for the right candidate from the vast database using suitable filters. The worst thing I have experienced to date is that there is nothing mentioned about the applicants' contact details. If you are paying just only for job posts and ads, then it is very costly unless you buy an annual subscription. It has very limited inmails. I like that LinkedIn Recruiter enables me to specify my search parameters with different filters, keywords, etc., while also taking in boolean searches. I also like that there are insights regarding usage, views, and inmails to measure the response rates from prospective job seekers.
