I enjoy using LI Recruiter. It is easy to change parameters, find the right candidates and communicate effectively Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The site can be glitchy at times. Occasionally it moves very slow or even times out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has the most updated and huge candidate database. The deep searching algorithm is much capable of finding the relevant results using the search keywords and boolean strings. The process and data management are good and fast. Also, it has the feature of inMail to connect with the candidates who are not our connections. Apart from that, it integrates easily with other third-party applications such as workspaces, ATS, CRM, etc. The scheduler is working fantastic and is one of the most interesting features available on this platform. The profiles of candidates are much more informative and updated which gives more information than the resume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile and web versions are quite different. The mobile application has some features missing as compared to the web version. The support team also needs to improve and quick resolution provider. At last, there must be some trial version for new users to use and compare the platform with other alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the most valuable and best tool i have ever used for recruitments in my company. This is the most easiest platform to perform head hunting for professionals in the industry. Really like it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only weak point i have ever seen in linkedin recruiter is their filter options are not enough while we search for some professionals for our company from same industry. This is a place they should work on more and other than this this platform is perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LinkedIn Recruiter is one of the only viable options out there if you want to do extensive searches for candidates with unique skill sets. I like that you can do deep Boolean searches, and find the types of candidates you need with keywords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pulling usage data isn't super straightforward. I often feel unsure that the sourcing numbers I am pulling are actually accurate, because there is no easy way to filter what you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LinkedIn Recruiter is a very easy-to-use platform for recruitment activities, you can also integrate it with other tools, you can publish free or paid requisitions and have a greater diffusion of your vacant positions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far there is nothing that causes me conflict with LinkedIn Recruiter, the only detail has been the process to integrate it with other tools but it could be solved satisfactorily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LinkedIn Recruiter is helpful in sourcing candidates and narrowing your search results to specific keywords or terms you are looking for. It is definitely more robust than LinkedIn Lite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some downsides are limited connection avenues. Not everyone has a phone number or email address, so you end up relying on InMails, which is not always the best method for getting people you are interested in connecting with to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LIR is super user-friendly and very easy to navigate. I like that you can categorize your pipeline as contacted, uncontacted and replied. Makes keeping your candidates organized and easy to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't really anything I "dislike" about LIR. I do not like their new program for job postings, because they basically tie your hands and force you to pay to post jobs. But when looking for a candidate, LIR is a great resource. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing they provide is the im-mail service by which we can connect directly with anyone over LinkedIn, even if they are not our connection. Also, it offers a complete profile of candidates who candidates update on almost a daily basis, which is more beneficial than a resume. Apply to find out the suitable candidates using the search algorithm and filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They do not provide any contact information of the applicants and also there are only 25 in-mails every month, which is significantly less. Also, they do not provide sufficient training and guidance over the tool for beginners. The price is high and is not affordable by the mall businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I enjoy the most are the boolean feature and the job posting feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well the Recruiter Lite is more limited in comparison to the LinkedIn Recruiter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to create screening questions so that I don't have to review resumes that truly do not qualify for the position listed and the candidates can be automatically notified that they are not moving on to the next step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The job posting timeframe is not clear - it seems that it varies based on the number of postings made. It would be nice to get a notification of when the job is about to expire as well as a refresh option so that the posting can be bumped up to the top without having to make a new posting.
