I can find any candidate for any role and any location. Works very well for tech specific roles and I have had success with it for years. I like creating templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it feels clunky to use and some templates are hard to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Linked in helps us more to socialize with the corporate sector after we have done our higher studies in our respective fields so that we don't need to roam here and there for giving interviews in various companies and IT sector industries for job.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Least helpful thing about LinkedIn is that people consider it like any other social platform and start posting something related to their personal lives and issues they face. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows us to find suitable candidates from anywhere in the world, plus we can choose from a series of filters, to connect with people with the characteristics we need, such as years of experience, training, etc. It is a very intuitive platform with a large database, besides being reliable, so all candidates selected so far meet the profile and our expectations. Its cost could be higher than its competitors, but I particularly think it is worth it, since the candidates are reliable and suitable for the jobs we have needed. I would also like the program to inform me when there are available candidates with the profiles we are looking for, so we would save a lot of time in the search. LinkedIn is where the fish are, so that's where it makes sense to fish. LinkedIn is the platform that most professionals use. There's nothing revolutionary about their interface or filters. The value is the access to candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As the only professional social network in town, LinkedIn knows it has you over a barrel and takes full advantage.
The "business" side of the site is very difficult to navigate and everything seems to be designed to force you into a conversation with your account manager who will try to upsell you on Inmails, posted jobs, or some other add-on service. You can't even access invoices or review billing without talking to a sales rep. It is as though they have deliberately made it difficult to do business with them without sitting through a time-share style sales pitch.
For what you pay, Recruiter Lite (month-to-month) is not particularly useful. This is designed to drive you to their more expensive products and solutions that contain the filters you actually need but at six times the prices. And the more expensive solutions are only available on yearlong contracts that auto-renew without giving you any warning so watch your contract dates VERY CAREFULLY.
If you are a small agency, a solo recruiter, or someone for whom cash management is important, you should give a lot of thought to whether or not cheaper tools might be a better solution. LinkedIn Recruiter is my business' single largest expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ability to review profiles and target searches to the smallest detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a way to tell candidates to accept and then turn me down rather than hit the decline button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great for sourcing candidates, receiving InMail and has great collaboration tools to organize candidates! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Global talent pool can be overwhelming. Extra costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using LinkedIn recruiter, you can find most prospects who can meet your client's needs. Also, the best thing about using a recruiter is filtering out candidates as per the required industry, years of experience, and skills. Also, you can filter out the ones who are open to work. Sometimes you come across some profiles that are not active for a very long time, like years, so if LinkedIn can remove those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
