The downside of a LinkedIn recruiter is its poor response when it comes to consultant engagement. What i dislike is the pricing policy of the number of "InMails" you can send daily. I can put Boolean or can search through keywords. LinkedIn also provides keyword suggestions which makes it easy to use. One of the best things about this platform is that it has the highest number of active candidates available on the tool. We can connect with the candidates using the inmail or can send the connection request with a note. It provides us with multiple features to sort the candidates by searching with various filters. The searching using the boolean algorithm sometimes does not even show the results. There are no resumes attached with the profiles. We have to ask the candidates for their present employment details. Also, we are not able to add some special skills other than the ones present in their dayabse.
