Lingoport Localyzer Pros and Cons

We needed to localize our public website to better serve our Spanish-speaking customer base. For us this was a daunting project because we had to start from scratch. It was the first time we had attempted to provide multilingual content at scale and we did not know where to begin. Lingoport has been an invaluable partner in breaking down, understanding, and executing this project. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They have been patient and flexible with our ever shifting landscape of projects, priorties, and timelines. Truely the best partner I have worked with. Clearly engaged and invested in our success. Lingoport's software, Localyzer, has worked flawlessly thus far. It has brought structure to our localization process, enabling us to quickly exchange content with our LSP. Data security if of highest priority to us. Shortly after installation we found a security issue with credentials being stored in plain text. Lingoport quickly resolved the issue, however. Also, product documentation is sometimes out of date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
