What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

Childcare CRM ensures that prospective leads don't fall through the cracks. It helps our team stay on task and move each family through the pipeline at a reasonable pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

We've struggled a bit with reporting. But our partner at CRM is really responsive and helps us when she can. We hope that there's future development in the areas that we've identified with her. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LineLeader by ChildcareCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

With 4 centers, we've aligned our processes across multiple staff members, so that every family has a very similar experience. And if there are staffing gaps, anyone can step in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

I like that I can retrieve the parent's forms online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

sometimes it doesn't always sync and there are sometimes problems when parents send the forms and they we are not able to print them. It looks on our side that they have not been filled out but on the parent's side they are filled out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We don't have to wait for the parents to fill out forms, they are able to fill out and we can get them from online Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can see all of my leads and waitlist interested families. I can even print out reports organized by age group, which helps tremendously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That CRM notifies me right away regarding a new family inquiry and I am able to contact the family as needed and it keeps all of that pertinent information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
