I loved my onboarding process with LineLeader! The weekly check-in meetings were so helpful. I never felt abandoned in the onboarding process, nor was I ever overwhelemed. We tried out another lead management system and the onboarding process was almost completely self-directed which was not helpful for me. I also love the automations (text messages, e-mails, tour reminders, etc.) that LineLeader offers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of functions, so it can be difficult to truly become an expert. There are also small things I would change, like being able to give a name to each of your email attachments, instead of having them listed by only the file name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the site was more easy to edit for the developers to help make the process more streamlined. While they do provide adjustments to my CRM and are working with me; I do think they should update and provide more options to expand into different types of CRM programming. Selene is always able to find a solution to my issue and nothing is ever too much trouble.
LineLeader can provide me with extra support, working in the space alone with many new service opening is challenging and I can be time-poor with some items - such as setting up tour times - which take extra care. My only qualm with CRM is that sometimes families do not receive any tasks if it is a transferred family. I believe this would be the only thing I would change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User friendly, concise reporting, multitude of options, great support from company. We use this all day every day, so have very frequent use of the system and overall find it very easy to implement and changes.
