What do you like best about Lightyear?

Lightyear is easy to use and the guides are straightforward. Implementing it to the organization is the best choice for the team. Krishane and the Lightyear team is very accommodating on supporting and answering our queries. Using it everyday is effective in delivering our outputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lightyear?

What do you like best about Lightyear?

Amazing support during both the set up and ongoing learning. Has been easy to get all staff on board and being used efficiency. Has provided a "PaperTrail" so easily and has us ontrack to fly through our next audit. It has integrated with Myob well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lightyear?

What do you like best about Lightyear?

I absolutely love using Lightyear. It makes my AP role much easier and faster. The customer support is fantastic, the features are valuable and they introduce new ones all the time to streamline or to make improvements on existing features. The MYOB integration is very easy and you can have as many users and departments as you need. I use it every day. The best feature is it can read all types of invoices, not just PDF's. What do you like best about Lightyear?

Krishane is super helpful. They are always available to assist and the pricing for the integration and support portion is reasonable. Especially in comparison to competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lightyear?

Would be great if you could import historical invoices in larger batches then 50 - bulk csv etc would be fantastic. So you can retain historical invoice information when you cutover systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lightyear?

Lightyear has been my go-to tool for a year now and I appreciate how it simplifies my encoding process by automatically mapping the data. The best part is that, whenever I encounter any problem, Lightyear Team is always ready and willing to help me through Chat or Email and they quickly resolve my issues and concerns! What do you like best about Lightyear?

We had alot of missed invoices, bad data and payments just not making there way to the supplier. Lightyear automated the this side of our business and saved us a tonne of time, reducing data entry and ultimatly increasing accuracy and speed with AP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lightyear?

not much.. i think maybe if could show some more snippets in a dashboard for a quick overview, but i guess all the infomation is availalbe in the reports anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lightyear?

Lightyear saves us so much time. The volume of invoices we process daily can be quite large and the time that took to process individually in Xero was turning into a full time job. We had tried a similar app before but found it wasn't saving much time and we still required to input a lot of data. A huge benefit is not only do invoices need little handling from the team now but also anyone can pick these up, it's so easy to see what stage an invoice is at and it can be moved along by any of the team. The approval process is great, saves us lots of time chasing staff and I've had very good feedback from managers of how much easier they find approving invoices on LY compared to emails. I can also see Lightyear has so much more to offer than how we are currently using it and will definitely be looking into what more we can do. Lastly, the support from the Lightyear team has been exceptional and made the whole process so much easier. They’re continuingly looking for ways to help us and make everything smoother. What do you dislike about Lightyear?

Honestly, nothing yet. It does exactly what it says on the tin and we've had next to no issues. Any issues we've had has only been something which we were still learning about and could be fixed with the help of the support team. If I had to input an answer though, not being able to overwrite VAT. Sometimes there's a difference due to rounding and a manual adjustment similar to Xero would be easier than the auto rounding. What do you like best about Lightyear?

The support received from setup and implementation, through to day to day use has been amazing.

Have been able to streamline AP process and more than halve the time taken to process 100s of invoices each week, with improved accuracy and consistency of GL coding.

The automated statements function is invaluable for invoice reconciliations, and makes following up missing invoices so easy.
